New Zealand poker player, Simon Watt, wins WSOP bracelet and US$$614,248

Auckland poker player Simon Watt wins his first WSOP bracelet and did it against internet poker phenom and High Stakes Poker star Tom Dwan, best known as Durrrr.

With Watt having a massive chiplead, in the final hand hand Dwan shoved all his chips in with Qd 6c and Watt instant called with pocket nines, which held up and sealed the $1500 No Limit Poker event.

Poker pro Tom Dwan collected $381,885 for second place but missed out on collecting on his sidebets for winning a WSOP bracelet.

Congratulations Simon
