For first place Simon collected a nice win of  $209,085.

With Shilton Smith getting knocked out in tenth place, when his pocket kings got flushed on the river, the final table of the 2009 APPT Auckland main event has now been decided.

Will The "Poker_Lords" Provide Us With A Local Auckland APPT Winner?

Well James Ciurlionis didnt quite cut the mustard, but watch out for Jason Brown the current chipleader with 632,000.
With 32 players left, everyone is guaranteed a min $5523 payout.
Notables left in the hunt for the Final Table are Australian poker pro Eric Assadourian, funny man Mike King and last years Auckland APPT champion Daniel Cracker.

Highlight of the day, has to go to Chris Tau, for knocking out Tony Hachem. Hachem who had pushed all in preflop thought all his prayers had been answered when he hit a set on the flop. Unfortunately for him Chris had made a higher set and it was sayonara to Joe Hachem's baby brother.
